Less Jiggle-Daily Motivation

Work that sweat out!! Push yourself to Sweat! Give it all you Got! The More you Sweat Now, the Less Jiggle Later!!
There may be days we don't want to Sweat, especially on a day like today when it is 100 degrees outside and 40% humidity (in Southern California), but think of it this way....You are already Sweaty so you might as well take advantage of it and workout all your toxins. Your muscles are already warm. Just make sure to drink ample amounts of water to prevent dehydration, exhaustion, or even overheating. Water will help you with your recovery, help flush out more toxins (including fat) and will help keep your body functioning at its best.
