You've heard the expression, its the journey, not the destination, but in this case, it is Your life! We are here to be fit for life! Not for a specific date, then give it all up. You can make changes and make your lifestyle and body fit, but once you are there it is much easier to maintain. You will crave fitness! Your body will crave exercise and oxygen and healthy clean foods. Your body will reject the unhealthy and fight back! Don't let your body fight back! Make fitness your way of LIFE!!!
